Diamond Luxury Hotel - Ha Long

The family room had a comfortable bed and was equipped with modern amenities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite TV, with beautiful views of the bay and a quick check-in process.

Clean and amazing hotel, views are amazing, location is marvellous in the center. At the roof top bar they serve GOOD food and drinks.

The room is wonderful and incredible, it comes with the temperature in degrees centigrade and extra nice bathrooms plus a huge comfy double bed. An electric kettle, fridges and glassware are a nice touch.

Extremely cheap, luxury fittings, hi-tech shower, balcony overlooking Ha Long bay, comfortable bed.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the room was spacious and luxurious, with stunning views of Ha Long bay. the hi-tech shower was a delightful surprise, making our stay even more enjoyable. we would definitely return to this fantastic hotel.

Breakfast was a disappointment.

We liked this hotel, it was fairly clean. The staff was particularly good and incredibly kind and accommodating. The property was really close to shops and restaurants, and a park and a shopping mall.

The room at this hotel was absolutely beautiful - brand new and very comfortable. the view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to enjoy the stunning surroundings. the staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to offer assistance and recommendations for things to do in the city.

The language barrier was a bit of a challenge, as none of the staff spoke English. We had to rely on Google Translate to communicate with them.

Located in a convenient spot close to shops and restaurants, this hotel has well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds. the bathrooms are modern and some have special features like LED screens and sexy windows. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers facilities like a rooftop bar with exceptional views. Breakfast is available and the hotel can arrange transportation.

Some guests had noise disturbances from renovations or nearby activities.

Great view from the room on the 7th floor. Best shower facilities on our trip. Comfy and spacious beds. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently booked our bus to Hanoi. Delicious breakfast buffet on the second morning.

We loved the location of this hotel - it was close to many shops and restaurants. the view from our room was amazing! The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The view from the room was amazing, we could see the city from a distance. the staff arranged the transport to the city center and boat tours for us which was really convenient. the bed was comfortable and the room was new and clean.

The breakfast was not so great, only a limited variety of food was available. the location is a bit far from the main tourist area, so there are not many restaurants nearby.

The breakfast selection was limited and not particularly appetizing. There was also a lack of variety in the bar menu, and the music could have been livelier to create a better atmosphere.
